5 Haitian migrants found at sea repatriated

The Coast Guard repatriated five Haitian migrants to Cap Haitien, Haiti, Tuesday after they were found aboard a 25-foot vessel. Customs and Border Protection aircraft located the vessel Friday morning 22 miles east of Delray Beach. Coast Guard crew members discovered the five Haitians, two Jamaican migrants and one suspected smuggler.
